Greetings,

I'm new to this list. I am looking for information on the family of my wife's grandfather, Jeremiah Gallagher, born about 1837, probably in Macroom. Sisters Ellen, Francis and Honoria remained in Ireland, two of them living in Macroom. Jeremiah emigrated, perhaps in 1858, probably first to the States and then to Canada in 1859. He lived and worked in Quebec City. I have information on his descendents which I would happily share.
