Okay, thanks Rick, I'll keep on looking.
This Gallagher bunch has been the hardest
Ones to find. Been able to find about
Everyone but these 2 people; of course
I hear that from everyone. :)

Hi Dann,

I don't think they are the same families although I wish they were. My
Gallaghers did not have any children named Thomas to match up with your
Thomas and
when you find them on your 1880 census, I have them all still back in Ohio.

Thanks,

Rick

Darn Rick,
Your info sure is close to my info.
I always figured my greatgrandparents
Either had more children than listed
On the 1880 Missouri census, so your line
Might be the missing link. You know, older
Kids grow up and move off while the parents
Keep conceiving more children.

I just wonder; here is my information on my
Great grandparents; I've been trying to go back
Further for years but haven't had a break yet.

1880 Missouri Census, Barton County

Thomas Gallagher age 48, b. Ireland

Mary age 35, b. Ireland wife (in 1900 census,
Mary is listed as Mary A. Gallagher)

son, Michael, age 4, my grandfather,b. MO.

daughters, Cathrine age 2, Mary age 6 months,

b. MO.
