Hi Jan, You have a lot more insight in Ireland than me. I think I tried the
Nationalization approach several years ago, but came up with nothing. I
figure my ancestors came from Donegal, but have yet been able to certify it. I
grew up in Queens NY and now live in Staten Island. My grandfather had a brother
John amongst 5 or 6 others. I believe he moved from Luzerne Co. to
Battlecreek. My grandfather died in 1922, age 50 and it's been hard connecting to his
siblings.There was Joseph, b.1872, Andrew, Matthew, Charles, and John. Two
sisters Mrs Maher and Mrs Farrell. This was from his Obit in the Wilkes-Barre
Times. Anyway, I'll let u know if I gather in more data. If there's any help I
can give you, let me know. I am retired and have easy access to records in
NYC. Larry
