Hello,
I was cleaning up my email file and ran across this post. I can't
believe I missed it and did not get back to you sooner. Are you still
interested? If so, I would love to have your line and I will be happy
to share what I have with you. Do you have any pictures of Annie &
George? Or by any chance Sam and/or Martha? I would love to get
pictures and would be more than willing to pay any costs associated with
it. I do have a picture of Martha and one of her sister Nancy. I also
have a picture of some of Sam's children )I think Chas Samuel, Dan,
Nate, John and Martha are in it, just off the top of my head. Also,
have Sam's Civl War papers - while he was sick (probably had pneumonia
or bronchitis), the field hospital was captured by the enemy - that must
have been a rush! Of course, shortly after, all sick prisoners were
paroled.
I am anxious to learn your line, and if you have any pictures you could
share. Let me know. Also, if you have a computer genealogy program,
which one? I use Family Tree Maker. If you have this program, I could
send you my Gallaher file. If you would rather exchange info by regular
mail, let me know, and send your address.
Here is my address for your records

>Hi, I am a descendant of Annie Gallaher, daughter of Samuel & Martha. Annie married George Williams in 1882 in Beverly (Adams Co), IL. One of their children, Alex, was my grandfather. I visited the graves of Samuel & Martha, Annie (Anna) & George and some of their children at the Kingston Park Cemetery, Kingston (Adams Co), IL this past weekend. I was surprised to find flowers on the graves of Samuel & Martha. I am new to genealogy, so I don't have a lot of information, but I could help you with my line, if you don't already have it.
