From the book Fringes of the Fleet and the DSC by RC White. In addition to
Bernard's information it shows Ernest Edward Breach---Skipper of Ocean
Rambler from 21 Dec. 1916-Navy List Jan 1919. In Ocean
Fisher-Navy List Feb. 1916.
