Hi Virginia et al,
You asked about a Baldwin connection. I have a letter from Thomas D. Hamm.
He writes: I am glad to send you some other things that I hope that you will
find helpful. I wrote the Beals sketch myself. Hannah (Mills) Stanley, the
mother of Mary Stanley, was the daughter of John and Sarah (Beals) Mills and
granddaughter of John and Sarah (Bowater) Beals. The accounts of the Edge
and Bowater families were prepared by Stewart BALDWIN of Auburn, Alabama, who
has worked extensively in English records. This was written Aprill 11, 1995.
Mr. Hamm sent a 6 Page paper called, "The Beals/Bales Family".
He also sent Stewart Baldwin's 4 pages called "The Edge Family". He also
sent a 10 page paper called , "The BOWATER Family"

I can send you a copy for 10 cents a page and postage.
