I think roll call is a great idea.

My line is:
Gideon Gallup,b. 1805 and Mariah Waggoner
Andrew Jacob Gallup, b. 1830 and Emeline Gray
John Blackman Gallup and Estelle Boyce
Jestin Oliver Gallup and Olive Llewellyn Smith
Dorothy Llewellyn Gallup and Jim Gilbert McWhorter (parents)

I am still searching for proof of who Gideon's parents are. I feel
that he was probably the son of Gideon Gallup and Lucy Waugh. He was
from the same area of New York that they lived in. If anyone out there
has any information that shows who his parents are I would love to know
about it.
