I don't know whey they moved to Baker Co and then Mitchell. But I have been
working on a family my grandmother's family Nelms. They came from NC to
Laurens Co, then Baker and to Mitchell Co. A Curtis Nelms married Mary
Faircloth in Laurens Co in 1921. Do you have anything on this family.
