Hello,

There is a marriage license for Welcom PARKS to Sandal Ann SMITH dated
January 28, 1828 in the Probate records of Oglethorpe County. Does anyone
out there know who the parents are of Sandal Ann? There were so many Smith's
that migrated from Virginia and especially Brunswick County, that it is
almost impossible to decipher relationships.
