I am looking for info on Wilson (b.June 1, 1787 in Franklin Co. NC d.Dec.
1, 1875 Barbour Co. AL) and Willis Collins (b.
Feb. 18, 1786 Franklin Co. NC d. Nov. 24, 1854 Marshal Co. TN). They fought
in the War of 1812 in the 2nd Reg. of Georgia Volunteers. Willis married
Pheobe Martin in 1810 in Elbert Co. GA. He is found in Oglethorpe Co. in
1820 and 1824. Still looking for a marriage for Wilson. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.
