Don't understand the credit card co. not being able to help you. With
Visa, they
usually list a number, that you can call for information on the
charge. And they can usually help with a charge that is in dispute.
Call them back and tell them since they can't do anything, you will have
to change to a Credit Card Co. that can.

I have heard this same complaint against Ancestry many times. They will
keep charging you for service until you call or write to cancel the
service. They are not number #1 with customer service.
