Surname: WIGINGTON, RUSSELL, EVANS

I never knew his first name was Fern. Was that on a Census? My great grandmother
was Mary Ann EVANS b.1847 m.Elisha Francis BURGESS b.1842. Mary's father
was John B. EVANS b.1805 m. Mary "Polly" MILLER . Any chance we are related
in that line?
