Make plans to attend the August meeting of the Floyd County Heritage Book
Committee, scheduled for Monday, August 31st, 7:00 p.m. at the Oostanaula
Room, Sara Hightower Regional Library, 205 Riverside Pkwy, rome.

Special guest for the meeting will be Phillis Porter, chairman of the
Cherokee County, GA Heritage Book Committee, who will share her experience
with their project. The Cherokee County book, due out in the Fall, is the
largest edition, yet, in Walsworth Publishing Company's Georgia Heritage
Book Walsworth series.

If you haven't brought in a family, church, club, or organization article
and photo, be sure to do so. Soon, we will begin selecting articles to
publish in the brochure.
