Eric,
Do you have anymore information on where the family may have settled? Did
they stay in NY? We have a Charles A. Gardner b. 1831, but says he was from
KY, and story is that his parents were from Europe..maybe around France or
Alsace Lorraine. Our Gardner went to Mo in 1850.
