Hi All,
I have finally got my home page up which features my Gardner and allied families from the Vermont, New Hampshire areas. It is a work in progress, so will be adding more as time permits. Be sure to check out my free book ,The Pilgrims In Their Three Homes, England, Holland, America," by William Elliot Griffis published 1898, to download from the site. It is in PDF format so you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, that can be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
For those of you who are not familiar with PDF, it is very popular as files saved in this format are compatible with Macintosh computers and IBM compatibles. They are also indexed and have a search feature. Has an excellent help file as well. Just a general overview, but many other features. Once you download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and set it up, go to my site and click on the name of the book under downloads towards the bottom of my homepage and once it opens up, you can save it to a file in your hard drive by clicking on the floppy disk that is in the tool bar of the program. If anyone has any problems, please feel free to e-mail me and I will try to help, if I can.
