How odd! We have Gardners and we have Cornwells. But of NC, not NY. I
knew there were Gardners everywhere but not NY.

Samuel Gardner was awarded, by ballot, lot #83 and David Cornwell was
awarded lot #84 ( each being 600 acres as near as I can tell.
