Saturday January 31st 1857

The Church at Phillippi in Conference Brother J. Murray Moderator.
1) Called for the union of the Church
2) Called for References
3) Opened A Doore for the admision of Members Non Rec'd
4) Took up the Reference of last conference Relativ to the ordination of Brother P.R. Kendrick as A Deacon and the presbytery being present and finding him orthodox he was ordaind A deacon. Doon by order of the Church in conference.

The Baptist Church at Philippi met in Conferance Brother James Murray moderator
First called for the union of the Church
Second Called References none
Third Opened the door for the reception of members in any manner the gospel directs and none received.

The Primitive Baptist Church at Phillippi met in conference Brother James Murray moderator.
First Called for the union of the church.
Second Called for Refference none
Third Opened the doore of the Church for the reception of members in any way the gospel directs. Sister Mary Ann Thomasin called for a letter of dismission which was granted.
