I am searching for information on the family of James Wilson. James
married Mirium or Marion Simmons 10 July 1826 Screven County, Georgia. He
later married Mahala Lee 27 Jan 1844 the daughter of John Lee and Elizabeth
Newton.

I have the History Book for Screven County, but this family was not
featured. I would like to know more about the children of James Wilson and
the names of his parents. It is thought he was from North Carolina. He
was born about 1803.
