Does anyone here know anything about the town of Bedford, supposedly near
Augusta? Since it doesn't come up on the USGS mapping service for GA or SC,
I'm assuming it's now defunct. Any info would be appreciated.

Also would like to hear from anyone researching the Carey surname in the
Augusta/Screven county area.
