Found one entry and it shows the marriage info on page 171:

"Dean, H. Rufus - McTyier, Georgia E.7-09-68"

For a copy of the marriage license, you could contact Judy Reeves, Judge
of Probate Court, Sumter County, P. O. Box 246, Americus, GA 31709.
There is a cost associated with this service so you might want to call
first. Here is a phone number for land title info and they should be
able to forward you to the wills person: 912-995-2631.
