Looking for land information, death, burial, or any information on Lafayette THOMAS (my great uncle) and his mother (Sarah) Evelyn HOUSE THOMAS (my gggrandmother). Unconfirmed information notes Lafayette farmed land near Plains and died in 1940. His mother Evelyn lived with him after the death of her husband. She died in Plains after 1861. Where was the farm? Are any relatives still around Plains?
