Re: The Georgia Almanac and Book of Facts, by James A Crutchfied, shows:

Post Office and County: Bronwood, Terrell, 31726

Suggest you contact Southwest Georgia Genealogical Society, PO Box 4672,
Albany, GA, 31706 and see if they have "look-up volunteers" or a Topical
Index to past issues of their quarterly the Genealogical Gazette, annual
dues $15.00.

This Society's area includes Terrell County, GA.

I am not sure if Bronwood is located in Sumter or Lee Co., but if
anyone knows where it is located or knows where I can obtain info about
Bronwood, please let me know.
I have ancestors from Ellaville, Ga., who visited Bronwood apparently
frequently in the early 1900's and I am trying to research the area. I am
specifically interested in the surnames mentioned in subject line,
particularly Collins.

Thank you,
Linda
