Searching for CATHERINE HARPER (HUEY) b ca 1790 SC d 13 June 1855 Americus, Ga. or near Americus. From all records have found on CATHERINE HUEY HARPER she died in Sumter County, Ga. Some say she is buried at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery but as of yet haven't found that proof yet. Does anyone know anything about CATHERINE. She was married to WILLIAM HARPER b ca 1783 d 1831 Lancaster County, SC. Do know she was in to Harris County, Ga after the death of her husband to be near relatives and later came onto Americus about 1837. She is my grgrgrgrandmother.
