Group of Men ( On the back of Photo it states "Moore & Detail" with a list of
26 Last names that correspond to the number on the photograph of each man)

The list contains 26 names; however, some are not readable

Group of men belonged or work for a certain organization - They appear to be
dressed similarly except for the Man in the middle whose last name
is "Moore"?

Does anyone have any ideas? One of the men was born in Tattnall County, GA.
