is new to our Taylor List and just beginning her Family Tree. She's lucky
because she has some documents and letters that she's planning to share.

Debbie is planning to visit Butler near the end of April. Is there anyone
who might be able to meet with her and help her with her courthouse
research and maybe show her around the county? She's anxious to show the
documents she has to others.

This is part of what she wrote to me:
"If so, by any chance did
you know Leila Leslie Walker (maiden name Williams)
or her married name was Mrs. Horace Clyde Walker?
She lived there all her life. She was born in 1899 and died in 1985.
She taught school. Leila was my grandmother's Aunt. She never had children
and was close to all of her nieces and nephews. Leila saved many document,
papers, letters, bills, notices, etc. My grandmother died in 1996 and I
now have some of these documents."

I'm hoping someone will remember this teacher....
