Janice,

J. "James" W. was born 1852, in Johnson Co., died 1914 in Toombs. In the
1860 Johnson Co. census he is listed at the age of 7. with Mrs.Sarah Davis,
45, Tempy, 20, Elephair, 15, Margan, 12, Nancy, 9, Caswell, 5, Lewis, 2.
In the 1850 Emanuel Co.census Sarah 35 is living with Allen Davis, 40, John,
16, Davis 12, Temperance, 10, Martha, 8, Alifair, 3, Morgan, 1. This is all
that I know so far with James W. Davis. Any additions or corrections would
be appreciated!
