If I have answered before please forgive. My James Riley Long was born in
KY,Jan 3, 1790; married Laura Henson (b. March 3, 1792: on June 3, 1808.
Their children were: Joseph (KY. 1810);Herbert (b. 1815-died young);Susan
(b.abt. 1823 - died young);Caroline (b.abt. 1831) and William (b. August 27,
1833 -IL). There may have been another son named John.

I have not been able to locate them on any census; land records show several
James Longs in KY in 1820. I am home bound so most of mine in done on
internet unless I can find someone to search.

A majority of my information was passed down and most came from family
bibles. I do have info on Joseph & William both documented and pretty
complete.

Would be happy to exchange info if you see any connection.
