Harold Jones, three and one-half years old, died early Sunday morning,
November 20, of burns received Saturday morning. He was standing near an
open grate when his outing nightgown caught on fire. He is survived by his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Jones of *Silvertown; one small brother, *Aldine
Jones, and grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. Lee Jones of Pinehurst, Ga., and Mrs.
Jeffie Reeves of Crawford County, Georgia. Funeral services were held Monday
afternoon at 2 o'clock, from Shiloh Baptist Church, with the Rev. C. O.
English officiating, and interment was made in the church yard cemetery.

The *'s are there because while they looked like an "S" and an "A"
they were partially cut off.

Question - Does anyone know what an "outing nightgown" was?????
