does anyone have any information on a letty durham, born about 1744 in wilkes
co ga. she married thomas howard and moved to breathitt co. ky.tradion has
her as being a full blood cherokee, but i need more infortmation on her. it
is said that there was a missionary named durham, an that she took the durham
name and that her husband thomas was friends with him. please help. carolyn
