In your records of Beck families of Wilkinson Co. in th1810s and 1820s,
do you have a Cathy Beck (perhaps other than the widow of Francis Beck)?
In Maddox's books of Wilkinson Co. materials, he has credited John Paulk
as marrrying and leaving a widow he claims was Cathy Beck. I have
disputed this from records on the Paulk side but have never known what
led him to make this conclusion about Cathy Beck and would like to have
more information from Beck records to help confirm my conclusion. If you
can help I would appreciate hearing from you. Elizabeth
