Diane,
Are your Thompson folks from the Carolinas?

Donali:
What a surprise to see your note about Beeler Thompson and his rolling store
As a five year old visiting my grandparents on the Thompson homeplace on
the
Oconee River (1948), I well remember Beeler and his rolling store. I don't
recall ever seeing another one. Your note brought back lots of memories.

My 2g-uncle, Beeler Thompson, drove a rolling store up there for years. He
had a store and gas station in town also.
We didn't live up there but we loved to see the rolling store and hear
stories about it.
