Need some help with the following:

WARNARS, Joseph Christiaan geb Joana, oud 49 jaar, gehuwd en 9 kinderen
kommies ontvanger te Rembang (Conduite 1853 B.S. 138 bl.50)
WARNARS, Joseph Christiaan geb Jawana (Japara) oud 57, gehuwd en 10
kinderen, kommies ontevanger te Rembang (Conduite 1862 B.S. 139 bl 476)

1. Where is Joana/Jawana/Japara ?
2. Is kommies ontvanger a tax collector ?
3. In the source, what is "Conduite" ?
4. In the source, what is "B.S." ?
5. Does anyone else have KRIJGSMAN connections in this time period ?

Johannes Christiaan WARNARS married KRIJGSMAN, Cato Carolina in Rembang,
Java, on 2 Sep 1846 and they had 10 children. My grandmother's mother
is Cecilia Mariana Warnars and I am trying to identify her father and
mother. Her father should be one of the 5 sons of WARNARS-KRIJGSMAN
family.
