France :
152 new pictures in the Departements of Aube (26), Haut-Rhin (26) and
Val D'Oise (100)

Greenland :
Better scans and background information of all municipalities.

Liechtenstein :
Text additions to all 10 arms.

Czech Republic :
Addition of 190 arms.

Puerto Rico :
New country, with 81 arms.

Foroyar :
New scan of national arms and addition of Torshavn and background
info.
