Have you ever thought about the name Tolman?
Tolman pronounced by a dutchman could sound like Taulman to somebody
speaking English.
Through http://www.genlias.nl/genlias/ara/logon?cid=-1
I've just got 352 hits on Tolman in the Netherlands.
(Tolman could be the man at the toll)
