I cannot help you with your quest.
Decool however is a Flemish/Dutch name.
Overhere in the Netherlands we would write "de Kool" [the cabbage].
The Northwest of France is originally Flemish, as is
Duinkerke [F Dunkirque], Kales [F Calais],
Rijssel [F Lille] and even Bonen [F Boulogne]
