A few years ago, a researcher in Netherlands shared some of his research
with me. This person is no longer interested in this hobby, so I cannot
ask him the questions I am asking today.

Here is a page from the report I was sent:

http://bax.on.ca/FamTree/CoolenMierlo.pdf

I can find most of the events on the report, shown here:

http://bax.on.ca/FamTree/1704F.htm

I have two questions:

1) What does "R.80 acte 21-12-1721" mean? I thought it might be a
"schepenbank"; but I did a search at http://sre.mindbus.nl/ and did not
find anything. There are only a handful of "aktes" for Nuenen before
1730 and a search of all "aktes" in 1721 does not yield any results
registered 21-12-1721.

2) Does anyone have a clue how birth/baptism dates for Joanna (1712),
Martina (1716) and Helena (1718) can be proven? There could also be
another son named Martin. I think these pages show the next generation:
http://bax.on.ca/FamTree/1730E.htm - Maria & Judocus Saris
http://bax.on.ca/FamTree/1733F.htm - Joanna & Joannes Bystervelt
http://bax.on.ca/FamTree/1743E.htm - Francisca & Martinus Saris
http://bax.on.ca/FamTree/1745E.htm - Martinus & Wilhelma van Engeland
http://bax.on.ca/FamTree/1750E.htm - Nicolaus & Anna Maria Habraken

It is possible that either there are two daughters named "Francisca" or
1743E is a different person; otherwise she was 58yrs old in 1766 when
youngest child was baptised.
