Not really. That's why I had the smiley back there. I'm not the grumpy
type. Tongue in cheek is more like it.

I guess what I was reacting to is the everpresent expectation that the
computer or the internet 'knows' everything. The new user somehow
expects to be able to simply download their family history from out
there somewhere. I tried to explain that this kind of expectation is
not part of the real world we all live in. The sooner a newbee finds
that out the better. There is work to be done and the computer and the
internet can help but I have yet to find somebody who had to do no
work on their own to write their family history.

That's not what was asked for and in any case it gives a 404 error as
a protected or non-existent file.
