It doesn't appear that either of your queries ever made it to my
machine. That is, I don't have any record of receiving any
messages from you at all in the last several months. This might
have happened for a variety of reasons: perhaps your news server
doesn't have the correct submission address, or an intermediate
mail server might have discarded the message before it got to me.

The most reliable method of posting to soc.genealogy.surnames at
this point is to mail your submission directly to
. Ideally, just posting to
soc.genealogy.surnames should have the same effect, but it doesn't
always work.
