I don't know, if there are adressbooks of Seesen or St. Andreasberg. May
be there are local archives you can find something. All this isn't very
specific.
But you could try to insert an ad in the local newspapers:

May be, if you have an interesting story, they would be interested in
publishing a report ?
Or search for a local researcher in the area, I remember some time ago
somebody mentioned a researcher from G"ottingen, whith a lot of
appreciation. Sorry, I didn't copy the address as I do all my local
research by myself.
