Dear Manfred,
I must leave the office in a few minutes, but thought I would answer quickly.
Wirt= host(Haus-, Gast-), a landlord or innkeeper
Besitzer= looks like a letter missing in beisitzer, or beysitzer, means junior
lawyer, juryman, inhabitant without land (for example, son living with his
parents) and without citizenship rights or duties).
I recommend trying the site:
http://home.navisoft.com/scrolls/profb.htm
That will get you to "B" professions. You can go back to the beginning of that
site to get the complete alphabet (as far as they have gone).
Herzlichen Gruesse,
