It would be interesting to know if anybody on the net has been able
to use this convoluted site. By use I mean actually find what they
were looking for. I don't think I've ever seen a worse implementation
of any on-line access to anything. They must have hired the local
butchers to implement this. Instead of using industry wide
standards like Adobe PDF documents they went to java and I still
haven't been able to print anything as the help directions don't
match anything I have under the latest explorer under NT. I've never
had problems like this anywhere else.
