I can't find Brisen.
But I think the census taker ment
D-66629 Freisen situated 20km south of Idar-Oberstein.

D-55765 Birkenfeld is situated 12km southwest of Idar-Oberstein.
D-55758 Sensweiler is situated 10km northwest of Idar-Oberstein.
So all these villages are close together.
