I can not see what is your problem.

Your statement (bellow) makes it very clear that anyone who has an Italian
background is welcome to seek information. Read your own message.
I share 100 your comments. Any one from any country can (and has the right)
to seek information and participate as long as what he seeks information
about his Italian roots (Genealogical information).

You try to trivialise an very serious issue, that does not say much about
your
intelligence and fairness. I have my doubts that any one from China will
post a message,
and Swahili is the language of Nomads in Tanzania/Kenia/Uganda. I have my
doubts if
any Italian speak Swahili and do not speak Italian/English. Get the
picture??
Of course you may try to suggest that only Italians who speak English and
Italian are Italians.
The are hundreds of thousands of Italians living in Brazil (Portuguese) and
Argentina (Spanish)
and millions working and living in Germany and Austria (German). No to
mentioned the Swiss
Italians, Greeks of Italian descent (close to a million), etc.
I am please to see that you accept they have some rights too.

I agree, it's not a Philosophical issue, it's a genealogical issue.
So lets stick to Genealogical issues.
