Yes, the commas are periods, and if she's asking for 30 euros and 68
eurocents added to 9 euros 20 eurocents,which comes to 39 euros and 88
eurocents as far as I can see. Using the excellent currency converter on the
CNN web page http://money.cnn.com/markets/currencies/ this comes to 34.2968
US$. (Or 24.32 pounds, 4561.3 yen). Check the math for yourself before you
write to her.
