that should be:
nach berstandnen schweren Leiden
Bin ich jetzt in hohen Freuden

In german that's a rhyme.

As I am not a poet, I will try to translate by meaning:

after bad disease
I am now in great happiness

Maybe someone else can give you a better translation.
