I don't find a Bedandorf in Meyers, but there are two Badendorfs: 1) in
Schleswig-Holstein, much too far from Pödeldorf, and 2) in Bavaria, which
is a possibility. The latter had only 27 people in 1910. It was close to
Berghaselbach, in Oberbayern, district of Freising, courts at Mossburg,
post office at Altenkirchen, train station 1.5 km away at Thonhausen; it
had a civil registration office and a Catholic church (but it wasn't a
parish); population was 313.
Pödeldorf is about 4 miles east of Bamburg. Bamburg is about 15 miles north
of Nürnberg Badendorf is about 30 miles south of Nürnberg, east of
Pfaffenhofen.
