Unfortunately that is all the information I have that was posted.
Someone did say that there had been an DDR politician named
Grothenwell, but I think they must have been mistaken.
The name of the DDR politician was Otto Grotewohl.
In 2001 there were
24 Grotewohl
in the German phone directory.
