The regional page has been redesigned
(http://www.worldnet.fr/~agenphi/gefrrgho.shtml)
- addition of a general map of France, with split into regions
- the old regions have been removed
- the actual regions have been added
- for each region (when we have the information) : a map (link), a
correspondant, the genealogical societies.

La page regionale a ete remaniee
(http://www.worldnet.fr/~agenphi/gefrrgho.shtml)
- ajout d'une carte generale de la France et de ses regions
- mise en place de la decoupe actuelle en regions, remplacant l'ancienne
- pour chaque region (lorsque nous avons l'information) : une carte (lien),
un correspondant, les cercles genealogiques.
