Hi, Folks!

Firstly, we'd like to offer our thanks once again to all who sent us advice
on research in Sherbrooke - we just got back with a lot more info! For those
going to that area, expect no help from the RC churches in Wotton or
Asbestos - the priest will only do lookups if you send him a letter
containing the surnames, events and dates, and will only let you know the
cost after the work's done!!! However, the people at the Societe de
genealogie des Cantons de l'est are FANTASTIC, and they have a wealth of
info on the entire area!!! They saved our entire trip! If you're going to do
research in that area, plan to spend a few days in their fantastic library!

We have now entered all the new info on our DESLANDES DIT CHAMPIGNY tree
into the database, and have updated our website at:

Please check it out, especially if you are researching any of the names
below. We came back with as many new questions as answers, so any help or
info is greatly appreciated!!!
