Once again, the end does not justify the means. Accusations of Ms. Moore's
being a professional gleaning information for free were unfounded, incorrect.
Comments on the impropriety of newsgroup flooding were fully accurate. News-
group flooding is defined in the news.admin.net-abuse FAQ as a form of net
abuse as I have already communicated in private.
There are proper ways of requesting information. Articles whose prefatory
content is fully repetitive are not the way.
This discussion has in my opinion fully run its course. Rather than wasting
further space engaging in this "me-too-ism" on either the critical or the
laudatory side of the argument, let's drop this prattle, get back to genealogy,
and let the moderator (Denis?) worry about the usage problems.
